These terms govern your use of this website and, where applicable, the services described on it. By using this site or engaging Iscale for services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Package descriptions, pricing, and inclusions on the Packages section are current as of the date listed and are provided for informational purposes. Final scope and pricing for any engagement are confirmed in a written agreement or invoice before work begins.

Payments

One-time fees are due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly fees are billed on a recurring basis for as long as the service continues and are non-refundable for the period already delivered.

Cancellation

Monthly services can be cancelled with written notice as specified in your service agreement. Contract terms (such as the 3-month Meta Ads plan) run for the full stated term.

No guaranteed results

Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform policy, market conditions, and your offer. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead, or ranking outcomes.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final creative assets and website files delivered as part of your package, excluding any third-party licensed tools, fonts, or stock assets used in the build.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Iscale's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
